Genesis 1:1

Creation – 6 Days – Man is created on the 6^th day.

Genesis 1:27

Man is made in the image of God, both spiritually and physically.

Genesis 1:28

God tells man, “be fruitful and multiply” on day 6.

Genesis 2:2

God rested on the 7^th day.

Genesis 2:5-6

No rain on earth; rising mist irrigates the earth.

Genesis 2:7

Recap of God making man from dust, giving him breath and a soul.

Genesis 2:8

God making Garden Of Eden, placing man (Adam) therein (+ v 15).

Genesis 2:9

God plants Trees of Knowledge Of Good and Evil and Tree Of life in Garden Of Eden.

Genesis 2:10-14

Rivers of Garden Of Eden:  (4 heads) Significant two are Gihon, possibly the Nile in Ethiopia and the Euphrates in Assyria. (This places the Garden Of Eden At the north shore of the Persian Gulf).

Genesis 2:17

God forbids man to eat from the Tree Of Knowledge Of Good and Evil.

Genesis 2:19-20

Adam names all animals.

Genesis 2:21-23

Eve is made from Adam’s rib; Adam names her “Woman” (Eve).

Genesis 2:24

God instructs man to leave his family for his wife.
