Founded on December 31, 1975, American Gospel, Incorporated is a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Florida.  The general nature of the business transacted by this corporation is to buy, sell, produce, and create religious and gospel materials and songs and to teach, preach, and spread God’s Word and Plan of Salvation through written publications lyrics, music, and song.

American Gospel, Incorporated is also known as American Gospel Ministries.  All funds flowing into American Gospel Ministries are considered donations and may be declared on the United States Internal Revenue Service tax returns of donors.  Publications are sold by American Gospel Ministries.  Publications may be purchased in wholesale lots by retailers who may market it to the public with sales tax.  All proceeds from publications will be used for ministry work as stated in the charter and bylaws of American Gospel, Incorporated.

American Gospel Ministries is a non-denominational Christian ministry.  Emphasis is upon the brotherhood of all Christians.
